Role in Pratham: Nationally responsible for Programme assessment, evaluation and research and for driving the programme in North India.

Dr Madhav Chavan, PhD (Chemistry), USA
Title: Founder Trustee, PRatham Mumbai and Director, Pratham Resource Center
Experience: Co-founder of Pratham Mumbai and Research and Teaching experience in India and USA.
Role in Pratham: Responsible overall for planning, development and execution of programs.

Ms Farida Lambay, M.S.W, M.Phil
Title: Director, Pratham council for vulnerable children, Trustee secretary, Pratham Mumbai.
Experience: Mumbai Over 25 years experience as an Educationist and Social Worker.
Role in Pratham: Responsible for the 'Child at Risk' nationally Programmes in Gujarat and Mumbai.

Ms Usha Rane, M.A.
Title: Director-Curriculum at Pratham Resource Center and Program Director Maharashtra
Experience: 20 years of experience in the social sector. 9 years of experience of building Pratham.
Role in Pratham: Responsible for development of curriculum and planning/execution of programmes in Maharashtra and Orissa.

Mr. H. Ramakrishnan, MMS
Title: Director-operations, Pratham Mumbai.
Experience: 5 years of banking experience
