About Pratham-Shah PraDigi Innovation Centre and Creativity Clubs

PraDigi Centre is a unit of Pratham which aims at developing technology-enabled learning solutions. The Creativity Club Program is a tech-enabled open learning model developed by PraDigi Centre which aims to connect children (10-14) and youth (14+) with creative learning opportunities. The program aims to foster 21st-century skills (creativity, problem-solving, communication and collaboration) and is driven by youth volunteers and teachers in schools and communities. In the current year, the centre aims to strengthen the existing creativity clubs, innovate and extend its offering to the larger ecosystem. 

About the Role

At Pratham’s Creativity Club Program, we’re launching some exciting new learning experiences this year—spaces where children can explore, create, and bring their ideas to life through hands-on projects rooted in curiosity and creativity.

We’re looking for two Learning Designers who are excited to be part of this journey. If you love designing meaningful learning experiences and enjoy seeing them, come to life in real-world settings, this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with content and field teams, acting as a bridge between creative design and program implementation. If you're someone who thrives at the intersection of ideas and action, and you're eager to co-create with children, educators, and communities—we’d love for you to join us.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Design & Content Development

  • Design age-appropriate learning activities, projects, and modules rooted in 21st-century skills (creativity, problem-solving, collaboration, communication).

  • Create flexible toolkits and facilitator guides that can be adapted to diverse field contexts.

  • Co-develop content with content design and implementation teams, ensuring it is grounded in grassroot realities.

  • Pilot and iterate on content based on continuous feedback loops.

2. Project Management

  • Liason between content design, production, field implementation and M&E teams.

  • Support field pilots, special initiative, observe learning environments, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for facilitators and volunteers using newly designed materials.

  • Align content timelines and deliverables with program rollout plans and budgets. Tracking project progress and ensure timely issue resolutions.

3. Innovation & Iterative Learning

  • Experiment with new formats (digital, physical, experiential) that encourage creativity and reflection among children.

  • Support field teams in documenting children's work, stories, and creative processes.

  • Build simple systems for feedback, adaptation, and collaborative learning across teams.

4. Documentation & Data Gathering

  • Document learning activities, classroom interactions, and child-created work in various formats (notes, photos, videos, case studies).

  • Visualise qualitative and quantitative data that can be captured from the field to assess engagement, relevance, and learning outcomes.

  • Create regular reflection reports, learning summaries, and insights to inform content and strategy iterations.

  • Work with the M&E team to align documentation with program-level indicators and learning objectives.

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in learning design, facilitation, education technology, or child-centered programming

  • Strong writing and instructional design skills, with experience creating learner-friendly materials

  • Ability to work closely with field teams and adapt content based on ground realities

  • Experience with documentation, field data gathering, and reflective reporting

  • Excellent communication, planning, and collaboration skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and iteration, and an interest in co-creating solutions

Desirable Attributes

  • Passion for children’s learning and belief in their creative potential

  • A thoughtful balance of creativity and structure

  • Experience working in underserved communities or with children in non-traditional learning spaces

  • Willingness to travel, observe, and engage with diverse contexts firsthand
