About Pratham-Shah PraDigi Innovation Centre

Pratham Shah PraDigi Innovation Centre was established with the vision of creating open learning opportunities for children and youth aimed at learning for school, life, and work. Since its inception in 2020, the Centre has developed technology and learning models, tested them on the ground, and scaled them within Pratham and beyond. The Center continues to create technology enabled learning products and programs that can be adopted at scale.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Coordinator to support the implementation and management of the English Project under the Pratham-Shah PraDigi Innovation Center. The role involves coordinating with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities across the assigned geography.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in project planning, team support, field monitoring, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Coordinate the implementation of projects and pilot programs in the assigned area and ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Team Support: Provide guidance to field teams and conduct orientations and training sessions as required.
  • Capacity Building: Mentor team members and support their learning and skill development.
  • Field Monitoring: Conduct regular field visits, monitor program implementation, ensure adherence to guidelines, and support teams in resolving challenges.
  • Data Management: Compile, maintain, and analyse project data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain project records and prepare regular reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and senior management.
  • Financial Coordination: Support project-related financial processes and maintain the required documentation.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with government departments, partner organizations, and other stakeholders to support project implementation.
  • Recruitment: Support recruitment activities, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new team members.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Maintain records of project devices and equipment and ensure their proper use and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fields will be preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, program implementation, education, or the development sector.
  • Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital data collection and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and prepare reports.
  • Experience in working with government departments, community members, or other stakeholders will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Ability to work independently and work effectively with different teams.

Locations: Pune, Maharashtra 

Remuneration: Negotiable based on resume and experience
