About Pratham
Pratham was founded in 1995, to provide pre-school education to children in Mumbai slums. Over the last 27 years, Pratham has grown to be one of the largest non-profit organizations working to provide quality education to children and youth in over 20 states and union territories across the country, through a range of interventions.
Pratham is a widely recognized organization, having received notable awards such as the Yidan Prize, Lui Che Woo Prize, WISE Prize for Innovation, Skoll Award for Social Entrepreneurship, the Henry R Kravis Prize in Leadership and the CNN-IBN Indian of the Year for Public Service. Salary and Perks:
- Starting Salary – 15,000 – 17,000/- (CTC) It included all like PF/ESI/Gratuity

Role and Responsibilities
- A DTP operator should
- Have excellent computer skill and knowledge
- Be creative, with an eye for good design
- Be able to priorities a varied workload
- Work well under pressure and to strict deadline
- Enjoy doing artistic work
- Be flexible and able to adapt quickly to new creative briefs
- Work methodically and pay attention to detail
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Be able to follow a design brief closely and accurately
- Capacity for field monitoring at least 3-4 days a month
- Able for drive by self with own vehicle
- Willingness to travel within India according to requirement
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the employee
- Consult with central persons on curriculum design, resources and speakers concerning Organization content and pedagogy
- Works with and maintains data management and filing for project/program
- Capacity for field monitoring at least 3-4 days a month
- Able for drive by self with own vehicle
- Willingness to travel within India according to requirement

Reporting to:
This position is required to report to the Immediate supervisor/Prog. Coord.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any streams
- Any special course done for design
- Any work experience related to this field (Local software like. Akruti, CorelDraw etc.)
- Able to write/read and speak in Odia/Hindi/English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer knowledge (Basically MS Office)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
