Over the last 30 years, Pratham has grown to be one of India’s largest NGOs working to provide quality education to underprivileged youth and children in over 25 states and union territories across the country, with a range of interventions.

About Pratham-Shah PraDigi Innovation Centre
PraDigi Centre is a unit of Pratham which aims at developing technology-enabled learning solutions. The Creativity Club Program is a tech-enabled open learning model developed by PraDigi Centre which aims to connect children (10-14) and youth (14+) with creative learning opportunities. The program aims to foster 21st-century skills (creativity, problem-solving, communication and collaboration) and is driven by youth volunteers and teachers in schools and communities. In the current year, the centre aims to strengthen the existing creativity clubs and extend its offering to the larger ecosystem. This will be done through strategic partnerships with the schools, organizations and government(local/state).
Associate, Partnerships and Training, Creativity Clubs: Job Description
The Associate position offers young, motivated individuals the opportunity to play a critical role in PraDigi Centre’s work across the country. This person will be a key link between program implementation teams, central teams, internal and external partnerships, donors, and other institutional partners. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, establishing and maintaining partnerships (both financial and non-financial), and building a supportive network and community around these relationships.
Their main responsibilities are as follows:
1. Exploring and building strategic partnerships (internal/external)
- Actively seek out new partnership opportunities at the district, state and regional levels through cold calling, networking, social media and other means as required.
- Exploring partnerships with other Pratham programs to layer Creativity
- Coordination with internal and external program/ organization/ government teams for streamlining partnership requests.
- Visiting and understanding programs and organizations in different geographies for exchange and learning.
- Documentation of partnership progress and maintaining continuous communication with partner point of contact.
2. Content Training for different stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the content design team to develop and pilot engaging training sessions in collaboration with other training team members.
- Conduct comprehensive training workshops for various stakeholders, including Pratham team members, school teachers, and representatives from partnering organizations.
- Provide ongoing support and capacity-building initiatives for Creativity Club Coordinators to ensure the sustained success of the program.
3. Ensuring support for sustaining creativity clubs
- Working closely with Creativity Club Coordinators from the assigned geography to ensure smooth functioning of the Creativity Club at cluster/state level.
- Support for capacity building of
- Providing support to build local partnerships (colleges, youth groups, artisans, teachers) in coordination with Creativity Club Coordinators and other local team members.
- Tracking and maintaining records of technology and data requirements from assigned geography in coordination with Creativity Club Coordinators.
4. Communication and Impact Analysis
- Compile and present consolidated observations and insights to inform content design, program implementation, and strategic decision-making.
- Engage directly with program beneficiaries, utilizing methods such as surveys, focus group discussions, and storytelling to assess program effectiveness.
- Capture and showcase impactful stories of change through both written narratives and visual mediums.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in similar roles, showcasing proficiency in partnership development, training facilitation, and project coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and
- Comfortable in English and Fluency in any other regional language will be an advantage
Location: Preferably around Pratham central/state/skilling centers. Willingness to travel extensively.
